Use magic arrow before you hop, the timing of the magic arrow and hop is not hard to master. Just use magic arrow, and immediately after you use it, you hop. Then you wait until Evie is almost done with her hop, and then you use magic arrow and hop again.
This saves a lot of stamina (great for Irukul :3)
